The hardwood handle is finished with a leather wrap for improved comfort and grip. The Viking Ironside Sword includes a leather-covered hardwood scabbard with steel fittings, making it a true representation of this classic weapon.

Das Schwert kam einige Monate später an, was nicht die Schuld des Händlers war. Die Brexit-Folgen hatten ihren Einfluss. Trotz der langen Reise ist das Schwert in hervorragendem Zustand. Es sieht sehr schön aus, besonders die Klinge mit den eingravierten Runen. Das Gewicht ist spürbar, das Schwingen spüre ich im Handgelenk. Glücklicherweise ist es nur zur Dekoration gedacht, im Notfall aber auch zur Abwehr von Einbrechern geeignet. Vielen Dank an den Händler für die regelmäßigen Status-Updates.
