This Samura Santoku knife has a traditional Japanese geometry, with its spine descended to the point. This shape with a forward-shifted center of gravity is ideal for chopping, shredding and a variety of other activities. Undulating notches above the cutting edge line prevent food from adhering to the blade when manipulated.
