From the Middle Ages to modern times, aprons have been worn to protect the outer clothing from dirt while doing daily household chores.

Our cotton apron with patch pockets, a wide flared skirt and a pieced bib is quite enveloping and has almost the appearance of a sleeveless overdress. Featuring shoulder straps that cross over at the back, it ties at the centre back with a knot or bow.
