Samura Bamboo Professional Paring Knife
The size is deceptive. Because even if it is not the largest of the edition, it has the same features as the large knives of the Bamboo series. The blade is made of high quality AUS-8 steel, hardened to 58 HRC, the ergonomic handle fits perfectly in the hand and the edge holds its sharpness perfectly. Due to the all-metal production, the knife is absolutely hygienic.
