The AUS-8 steel blade is known for its durability and high performance characteristics. The Samura Bamboo Hatchet is a real beast, at work. The AUS-8 handle allows this beast to be tamed, there is a great grip that remains even when your hand is wet. With ease it cuts through meat, sinew and even smaller bones. This all-metal production is not only a real eye-catcher, it is also incredibly hygienic, because residual products do not find any place where to settle and thus the knife nowhere provides a suitable environment, for bacterial growth.
