Folding Knife GB-8B™, Camillus
The Camillus GB-8B folding knife with liner lock has a total length of around 20.3 cm. The tanto-shaped blade with thumb rest on the spine is made of Japanese AUS-8 steel, is 8.3 cm long and is particularly hard and corrosion-resistant thanks to a special carbonitride titanium coating. It can be opened using the opening pins on both sides, with the thumb holes in the blade or with the aid of the flipper, which also serves as a finger guard when open.
The tactical knife also has a black ergonomic handle made of glass fiber reinforced nylon (GFN) with a roughened surface, as well as a lanyard hole, a tapered steel pommel at the end of the handle and a black stainless steel fastening clip. The Camillus GB-8B was designed together with Camillus Pro Staff member Grady Powell (former Green Beret). It is ideal for use as a survival tool, whether hiking, camping or in the wilderness.
