A Mempo was a type of facial armour worn by the Samurai in feudal Japan. This half-mask covered the face from nose to chin.
The leather Mempo offered here has four mouth vents that allow for easy breathing and prevent the heat from building up under the mask. It is securely tied at the back of the head with two long, sturdy cotton straps.
A perfect accessory to round up your look as a Samurai, a Ninja or an Assassin at the next LARP event.
