The Camillus HT-8.5 outdoor and survival knife is 21.6 cm long. The 5.7 cm long, black blade is made of high-quality AUS-8 steel. AUS-8 is one of the hardest, toughest and most rust-resistant knife alloys. It also offers an exceptional balance between toughness, edge retention and corrosion resistance. The drop point blade with full tang has multiple thumb rests and a fuller on both sides that continues into the handle.

The handle and the wavy back of the blade also offer several thumb rest surfaces to enable optimum power transmission to the blade depending on the requirements.The non-slip, ergonomic handle made of roughened GFN (glass fiber reinforced nylon) and rubber-like TPE surfaces (thermoplastic elastomer) with finger recesses, finger guard and lanyard hole fits perfectly in the hand.The survival knife is supplied with a holster made of robust nylon.
