Casco nasal cónico "Olmütz", acero de 2 mm- apto para el combate espectáculo - Réplica totalmente apta para el combate espectáculo y auténtica del famoso casco Olmütz (República Checa) del siglo XI. El original se encuentra en el Kunsthistorisches Museum de Viena.
Estos cascos se llevaban normalmente en combinación con una cofia con bandas y una cofia de cota de malla, por lo que ofrecemos el casco en tres tamaños con espacio suficiente. El casco está forjado a partir de dos mitades de chapa de acero de 2 mm de grosor y soldadas en el centro. El nasal está martillado a partir de una tira de acero de 5 mm de grosor y soldado al casco. Este nasal tan fuerte garantiza la máxima robustez y, por tanto, una gran protección durante los combates de exhibición.
El nasal está redondeado en la parte inferior. Incluye una incrustación acolchada remachada, de alta calidad y ajustable, y una correa de barbilla de cuero. Good, tough, small, minor defects
For the money very good value. Solid and I think it will take a real beating if tested "in battle". Two minor defects on my helmet though.. at one of the rivets on the side there is a brownish marking, miscoloration - looks like some resin-residue or something. Another defect/issue is that the nasal is a bit misaligned/crooked and not in a perfect straight vertical line - not completely perpendicular to the rim.
Be aware that it is rather small in size, I ordered size Small (since I have a small head, 54-55 cm circumreference), and this helmet (S, max 58 cm) fits just right for me and can't really fit any arming cap or other additional padding underneath... but it feels like it would not be necessary anyway.
In all good, but the inperfections is worth twp stars I think. Thought about giving 4 stars... if I could it would really give 3,5 or so.

Der Helm ist dank des guten Innenfutters sehr angenehm zu tragen. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und mit einer Stärke von 2 mm bietet er auch beim Schaukampf Schutz.
