With this high-quality combination waterstone from Samura you can do the pre-sharpening and fine grinding of your knives and ensure an outstanding result. With the 1000 side you sharpen your knife for daily cutting work. The 3000 side will sharpen your knife to razor sharpness.
To prevent the stone from slipping off the work surface during sharpening, it comes with a non-slip holder.
