Red Dragon HEMA Synthetic Wheel Pommel
Due to the fact that Oakshott J1 wheel pommels are often found on historical English swords, Red Dragon Armoury has decided to include such pommels in their collection to show their commitment to their country of manufacture.
These are made from a special blend of plastic and metal powder to increase their weight and thus move the centre of gravity of the training sword to which they are attached closer to the quillons.
HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts), refers to fighting techniques that were common in Europe between the 13th and 17th centuries.
