Night Owl Katana, Dragon King

In Japanese culture, the owl is a deeply symbolic animal, which, amongst others, is believed to bring luck and to offer protection from suffering.

The Night Owl Katana has a polished, approx. 72 cm long spring steel blade with a broad fuller (bo-hi). It was tempered to a Rockwell hardness of approx. 51-53 HRC and features as distinctive hamon. The edge is not sharp, yet slightly ground.

It comes complete with a black scabbard (saya) that perfectly matches the all-black handle (tsuka).

A beautiful sword with good cost-performance.
