The Mini Recon 1® folder features a AUS 10A stonewashed blade and a textured glass-reinforce nylon handle equipped with a small, extra-strong pocket clip. Lefties may take note that the clip is completely ambidextrous. To make the Recon 1 as easy to open as possible, each knife features a thumb disc.
AUS 10A Stainless Steel
AUS 10A is equal in strength and toughness to AUS 8A, but has the extraordinary advantage of an additional 20% in edge-holding ability. This ability to retain a sharp edge for a longer period of time gives it wider performance advantages over other, more common stainless steels.

Hochwertiges Messer von Cold Steel
Dieses Messer ist ideal für den täglichen Gebrauch, da es dünn, leicht und die perfekte Größe für Jeanstaschen hat. Ich liebe die Klingenform und es kam rasiermesserscharf an. Das Triad-Lock ist extrem stabil und ohne Zweifel würden meine anderen Klappmesser weit vor diesem versagen. Ich empfehle, das Messer ein paar Tage halb offen zu lassen, um das Triad-Lock zu lockern, da es anfangs ziemlich steif ist, aber danach ist es sehr geschmeidig. Insgesamt glaube ich nicht, dass man für diesen Preis ein robusteres Messer mit hochwertigem Stahl außerhalb von Cold Steel bekommt.

Eine Neuauflage eines super Messermodells, leider hat CS keinen 2. Clip für Linkshänder mit reingelegt, daher keine 10. Der Stahl ist gut, lässt sich leicht schärfen und auch gut schnitthaltig. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
