This fish filleting knife with flexible blade and descaler has a soft, comfortable handle that improves the grip in the hand incredibly even when wet.
The blade of the knife is made of double-hardened (heat treated) stainless steel. On the one hand, this provides optimal flexibility. On the other hand, this high-quality stainless steel is protected against corrosion and offers maximum resistance.
These knives retain their cutting ability for a long time and require much less regrinding. Due to the rougher surface on the handle, it lies even better and firmer in the hand than other knives.
