Wood Jewel is a small knife manufacturer from the Finnish part of Lapland. All knives are handmade using traditional methods. Natural products used in these knives, such as curly birch and reindeer horn, are beautifully finished. Their blade geometry is ideally suited for use in a variety of applications, including hunting, outdoor or survival. These sturdy and reliable knives just get the work done.
The Wood Jewel Fillet Knife is perfect for filleting medium-to-larger fish with ease. The blade is made of stainless steel with just the right degree of flex to make the job of filleting simple. This softer steel enables the blade to bend without breaking, so that it moves easily through the body of the fish to give you the ideal fillet. It comes complete with a leather sheath.
Because curly birch and reindeer horn are natural products and may vary in colour
