DMT Double-Sided DiaSharp Bench Stone Medium X-Fine / XX-Fine
The DMT DiaSharp 8x3 extra fine/extra extra fine is a diamond sharpening stone with two sides. Diamond sharpening stones sharpen quickly and, depending on the grit, also very sharply. This DMT DiaSharp Bench Stone is large and is therefore suitable for all types of knives, including large kitchen knives. A major advantage of sharpening on a diamond whetstone is that it does not need to be smoothed. With this DiaSharp stone, the grinding diamond is mounted on a thick 9 mm steel plate. This ensures the flatness of the grinding stone.
