The Schnitzel PREPARI is a simple, small and lightweight Santoku-style kitchen knife that makes cutting fruit, vegetables or meat a breeze, whether indoors or outdoors.

Due to its small size, it fits perfectly in children's hands, allowing them to learn how to cut food. The PREPARI has a narrow handle so that boys and girls can grip the chef's knife particularly securely. It is available in green, blue or pink. Our children's knife is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The blade extends far down into the handle, providing good protection for little fingers from slipping onto the cutting edge of the knife. Another safety feature is the rounded blade tip, which prevents accidental pricks.

The flat-ground blade, made of stainless steel, is only approx. 1.5 mm thick in the handle area and tapers to 0.5 mm at the tip, which guarantees excellent cutting performance. A stonewash finish rounds off the look of this minimalist and modern little kitchen helper, and even adults will enjoy using the PREPARI in the kitchen.
