The Black Ronin Tan Combat Wakizashi Sword from United Cutlery has a modern, sleek, tactical look and feel. The rogue samurai warriors of the same name would have definitely added this exceptional wakizashi to their battle gear. It features a razor sharp 17" stonewashed stainless steel blade and the handle is faux ray skin, wrapped in elegant tan nylon cord. A tough injection molded sheath with a nylon belt loop and a shoulder strap is included. Sehr nützliches Kurzschwert
Definitiv den Preis wert. Ich habe diese kleinen Schwerter schon immer gemocht. Sie behalten zwar keine besonders scharfe Klinge, aber bei guter Pflege halten sie lange. Das erste und zweite, das ich besaß, waren die gerade klingen mit Tanto-Spitze von einer anderen Firma. Ich glaube, Timberwolf war es. Das erste kaufte ich 1997, das zweite 2011 und dieses hier, weil mir der Stil gefällt. Der Kauf von 2011 hält nach viel Gebrauch immer noch. Großartig fürs Camping. Solange du die Klinge nicht zu scharf machst, hält sie eine Weile. Ein 600/1000er Nassstein reicht völlig aus.

Dieses Schwert hätte eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung, wenn das Problem mit dem verzogenen Stahl behoben würde. Die Klinge wurde während der Herstellung durch Hitze verzogen. Trotzdem, für den Preis (trotz des verzogenen Metalls) ist dies ein großartiges Budget-Schwert. Ich habe noch eines gekauft.
Tolles kleines Spielzeug
Leicht verzogen. Aber nach dem Schärfen ist es großartig, im Haus in Unterwäsche herumzulaufen und Ninjas abzuwehren.
Sturdy Budget Blade
I picked this up impulsively a couple of months ago, and I'm pleased with the value now that I have it in hand. The blade is full tang and has a strap loop at the handle's end. The handle features a textured padding wrapped with paracord in a diamond pattern, making for a surprisingly comfortable grip. Above the handle, there's a deep groove where a guard would usually be; it's ridged and may cut under pressure, but a steel brush can smooth it out. The blade is notably thick, which is typical for wakizashis, known for stabbing. The injection mold sheath is basic but functional with a belt loop and shoulder strap. Overall, it's a solid blade and I'm satisfied.
