Right of withdrawal
The customer may return item(s) within one month without giving any reasons. Please return the item(s) or send a text (letter, fax or e-mail for example). The month begins when this information of his right of withdrawal reaches him, but not before the customer receives the ordered item(s) or before the supplier has complied with his obligation to inform the buyer according to the following German laws: § 312 c Abs. 2 BGB i.V.m. § 1 Abs. 1, 2 und 4 BGB-InfoV and § 312 e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB i.V.m. § 3 BGB-InfoV.
The customer should send us a notice of his withdrawal to:

In a withdrawal case the supplier must return payment and the value of its utilisation (interest for example). The customer must return the item. If the item can only be returned in worse condition, compensation must be made to the supplier. This does not apply if the worse condition is due to use that was necessary to inspect the item, as the customer may have in a store for example. The customer can avoid having to make compensation by not treating the item as his property and by not using it in a way that may reduce it's value.
Items that can be sent by mail or package delivery should be sent back at the supplier's risk. The customer must pay for the cost of return shipment if (1) the item is consistent with the order, if (2) its value is under 40 Euros or if (3) if the customer has not made payment or partial payment at the time of his notice of withdrawal. Otherwise the return shipment cost is free of charge for the customer.
The return payment must be made within 30 days. The days begin counting for the customer when the withdrawal notice or item was sent and for the supplier when either was received.
