Roman Auxiliary Boots
Reconstruction of late-Roman auxillary boots found in Vindolanda, a Roman fort in northern England. These shoes originate in the 3rd and 4th century a.d. but are also suitable for reenactment of early medieval Germanic tribes.
Details - material: robustly sewn cowhide - upper leather: approx. 2 mm thick - sole leather: approx. 10 mm thick
