This is a very authentic replica of the "Avant" armour, displayed in Kelvingrove Museum,
Glasgow. It is dated approx. 1440 a.d.
This helmet type was prevalent in northern Italy, but also worn throughout Europe.

It is made from 2 mm steel. The two helmet halves are welded together.

Delivery includes a very comfortable, high-quality, adjustable padded liner and
a riveted leather chin strap and brass buckle.

This helm-type is also available in sizes S and L).
